Due to the nature of our products, we currently have a no-return and no-refund policy. However, we’re committed to ensuring you have a positive experience and offer flexible solutions to meet your needs.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds at this time. This policy ensures the integrity of our items and the best possible service for all our customers.

Store Credit Option

While we do our best to ensure your package arrives on time and in perfect condition, MORIGLŌ is not liable for any delays, lost packages, or packages damaged or defective due to circumstances caused by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, including delays caused by weather, holidays, mishandling during transit, or other events beyond our control.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or there is an error with your order, we want to make it right. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer care team at hello@moriglo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
  3. Resolution: If the issue qualifies, we’ll provide you with store credit equal to the purchase price of the affected item. This credit can be used toward a future purchase.

Sampler Purchase for Fragrance Testing

We understand that choosing a fragrance online can be challenging. To help you find your perfect scent, we offer sampler sets for purchase. Each set includes a variety of smaller samples so you can experience our fragrances before committing to a full-sized product. Samplers are available on our website under the “Sampler Sets” section.

Important Notes

  • Claims for store credit must be made within 7 days of delivery and require photographic evidence.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and valid for use within 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Sampler purchases are non-refundable.
