Shipping policy

At MORIGLŌ, we take great care in delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Below is detailed information about our shipping policies and procedures.

Shipping Carrier

We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS for all deliveries to ensure reliable service with tracking and timely delivery.

Free Standard Shipping

We’re pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more (before taxes and discounts). This discount will automatically apply at checkout—no code is necessary.

Shipping Costs for Orders Under $99

For orders under $99, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your package and are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Schedule

To ensure your package arrives in the best possible condition, especially during hot summer days, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. This prevents your order from sitting in a USPS warehouse over the weekend, which can affect the quality of temperature-sensitive products like candles.

Local Pickup

We’re happy to offer local pickup as a convenient option for nearby customers.

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET Monday through Friday will be ready for pickup the next day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends will be available for pickup on the second business day.

We will contact you via email to confirm the pickup address and time once your order is ready.

Shipping Options

  1. Standard Shipping (5–7 business days):
    • Free for orders over $99.
    • Available for orders under $99 (shipping fees apply).
  2. Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days):
    • Available at an additional cost.
    • Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM ET for same-day processing.

Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Expedited Orders: Processed within 24 hours of receiving the order (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom Engraved Orders: An additional 1-2 business days may be required for engraving and preparation.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the shipper's (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) tracking number. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • All Room & Linen Mists are only shipped via ground within the U.S. due to their alcohol content.
  • USPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for expedited shipping. Standard shipping is available for these addresses.
  • FedEx and UPS do not deliver directly to P.O. boxes. Use USPS for P.O. box deliveries.

Liability for Delays, Lost, Damaged, or Defective Packages

While we do our best to ensure your package arrives on time and in perfect condition, MORIGLŌ is not liable for any delays, lost packages, or packages damaged or defective due to circumstances caused by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, including delays caused by weather, holidays, mishandling during transit, or other events beyond our control.

For Lost or Delayed Packages:

  1. Check with neighbors or others at your delivery location.
  2. Contact FedEx, UPS, or USPS directly for assistance with tracking your package.

For Damaged or Defective Packages:

  1. Please contact us at hello@moriglo.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or defective item.
  2. Include a description and photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly. While we are not liable for damages caused by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, we will work with you to resolve the situation wherever possible.

Additional Information

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
